  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Refund Process

We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product if applicable. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
